The size you type is the final outer size, including the frame. We automatically show the printed artwork (print area), which is slightly smaller on framed pieces.
Will the printed colours match my screen exactly?
Very closely, but not pixel-perfect — screens and inks render colour differently, and each piece is handcrafted, so expect tiny natural variations in colour and a few millimetres in size. These are normal, not defects.
Do you print exactly what I design here?
Yes. We print exactly what you create in the studio — there is no separate proof step — so please review your design, size, colour and frame carefully before ordering.
How soon will I get it?
Made to order and dispatched in 4–7 business days, then shipped pan-India via trusted couriers. Your estimated delivery date is shown next to the price.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each piece is made to your exact size and design, custom items aren’t returnable for change of mind. We promptly replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered — just share photos within 48 hours.

Pin Boards
Construction — Rigid engineered-wood backing with a soft pin-holding surface (~12 mm), finished with a real mitred moulding or a clean frameless edge.
Materials — Engineered wood · soft pinning board · premium polystyrene moulding · rust-free zig-zag hooks.
How to use — Pin photos, notes & memories anywhere; hangs vertically or horizontally.
Care — Keep away from direct moisture; dust with a dry cloth.
Cork Boards
Construction — The same rigid build as our pin boards, surfaced with 100% natural cork; framed or frameless. The cork top is natural and is not printed.
Materials — Natural self-healing cork over an engineered-wood base.
How to use — Push-pins hold firmly; the cork "heals" pin holes over time.
Care — Wipe with a dry cloth; avoid soaking.
Magnetic Writing Boards
Construction — A steel substrate beneath a smooth dry-erase surface, framed in your chosen finish.
Materials — Steel core · dry-erase laminate · wood-finish moulding.
How to use — Write with dry-erase markers, wipe clean, hold notes with magnets.
Care — Dry-erase markers only; clean with a soft cloth.
Non-Magnetic Writing Boards
Construction — A smooth dry-erase surface on an engineered base — lighter and economical, without the steel layer.
Materials — Dry-erase laminate · engineered base · moulding.
How to use — Write and wipe; perfect where magnets aren't needed.
Care — Dry-erase markers only; wipe with a soft cloth.
Acoustic Art Panels
Construction — A high-density rockwool core (~50 mm) wrapped in acoustically-transparent fabric printed with your artwork.
Materials — Rockwool acoustic core · printed acoustic fabric.
How to use — Mount a single panel or split set to absorb echo (NRC up to ~0.95).
Care — Vacuum gently on low; keep dry.
Canvas Paintings
Construction — Your image on gallery-grade canvas, framed (single/double mat optional) or gallery-wrapped.
Materials — Gallery canvas · pigment inks · moulding or stretcher bars.
How to use — Hang as a statement piece or a matching set. Unframed canvas: the size you pick is the printed image size; we add a 1.5″ blank margin on all sides (e.g. a 12×12 image ships as a 15×15 canvas) for easy future framing — this margin isn’t printed or charged.
Care — Dust gently; avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Photo Frames & Framed Art
Construction — A real mitred moulding with an acrylic/PVC front and MDF backboard; blank (your own print from the back) or printed (we print, mat & mount).
Materials — Wood-finish moulding · acrylic/PVC front · MDF backboard · optional mat.
How to use — Blank: open back clips, insert print. Printed: unwrap and hang.
Care — Wipe the front with a soft, dry cloth.

Is the size I enter the outer size or the artwork size?
The size you type is the final outer size, including the frame. We automatically show the printed artwork (print area), which is slightly smaller on framed pieces. On frameless pieces the outer size and artwork are the same.
What are the matte layers in the studio?
Inside the design you can add up to two matte/base colour layers — pick any colour, place them behind your image (crop the image to let them show), and reorder any layer front or back. This is separate from the physical display mat/mount you choose in the options (which is priced into the frame).
Blank photo frame vs framed art?
A blank photo frame ships empty (slot your own print from the back; no base print, no logo). Printed (framed art) comes with your image printed, matted and mounted.
Can I order in bulk or under my own brand?

Can I really order any custom size?
Yes. Every product is made to order to your exact outer width & height — to the millimetre, centimetre or inch. Size, print area and price update instantly.
Can the cork board surface be printed?
No — our cork boards use a 100% natural cork top, which is not printed. For cork you choose size and frame finish only. For a printed surface, pick a Pin Board, Photo Frame or Painting.
Magnetic vs non-magnetic writing boards?
Both are smooth dry-erase. The magnetic board adds a steel layer so it also holds magnets; the non-magnetic is a lighter, economical write-and-wipe board.
Do acoustic panels really reduce noise?
Yes — a rockwool core wrapped in acoustically-transparent printed fabric absorbs echo and reduces noise (NRC up to ~0.95) while doubling as printed wall art.
How is it delivered & can I return a custom piece?
Made to order, packed with edge & corner protection, shipped pan-India. Custom pieces aren't returnable for change of mind, but we replace or refund anything damaged, defective or not as ordered (photos within 48 hours).
