You choose the product type, the exact dimensions (any width × height), the surface or felt colour, the frame style and finish, and the quantity. For boards you can also combine pin and magnetic surfaces; for art and frames you can pick the image, mount and orientation.

Boards and frames are made to order across a wide range of sizes — from small notice boards to large statement pieces. If you need a size outside the studio's range, email order@artzfolio.com and we'll quote it as a custom job.

Yes. In the studio you can upload your own image for a framed print or canvas, or use one of our designs. Uploads can be printed as a single picture or as a seamless repeating tile.

Pin boards use a premium felt surface on a rigid base; cork boards use natural cork; magnetic and writing boards use a steel or glass writing surface; combo boards mix pin and magnetic. All are finished with an aluminium or wooden frame depending on the style you choose.

Measure the wall space in centimetres and leave a little clearance around the board. Enter that width and height in the studio — the price and a live preview update instantly so you can see exactly what you'll receive.

Frame styles vary by product and include slim aluminium and classic wooden mouldings in several finishes. The available frames and colours appear in the studio once you pick your product.

We print to a calibrated, colour-managed process so prints are a close match to what you see, though screens vary slightly. For critical colour matching on a project, contact us before ordering.

A pin board has a soft felt or cork surface you push pins into; a magnetic board has a steel or glass surface you use with magnets and can also write on. A combo board gives you both in one frame.

Yes — the combo board combines a pin (felt) area and a magnetic writing area in a single custom-size frame. Choose it in the studio and set your dimensions.

Yes. Custom-size pin, cork, magnetic and writing boards are widely used in offices, coworking spaces, schools, coaching centres and clinics. For bulk or branded orders see our private-label and bulk options.

Boards are supplied ready to mount. Fixing guidance is included; for large or heavy pieces we recommend wall anchors suited to your wall type.

A canvas is printed on artist-grade canvas and gallery-wrapped or framed; a framed print is printed on fine-art paper and set behind a mount in a frame. Both are made to your chosen size.

Yes — you set any width and height, so portrait, landscape and square are all supported. Seamless designs are kept square and you set the repeat.

We sell online only — there is no walk-in showroom. Everything, including custom sizing and live pricing, is on the website so you can order from anywhere in India.

Payment is handled securely online through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Your payment details are processed by the payment gateway, not stored on our site.

Yes — ArtzFolio (Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. Ltd., GST 09AAFCV2806H1ZA) issues a tax invoice for your order. For a business invoice with your company details, add them at checkout or email order@artzfolio.com.

Yes. For bulk, corporate or recurring orders we offer tiered pricing and can work to a purchase order — email corporate@artzfolio.com with quantities and specifications.

Because every piece is custom-made to the exact size and options you choose, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check your size and selections before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, we'll put it right. Email order@artzfolio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.

If production hasn't started we may be able to amend or cancel — contact order@artzfolio.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once a made-to-order item is in production it can't be changed.

Custom pieces are priced by area, so the price updates live as you change the width and height, plus any frame or finish add-ons. The figure you see is the final price for that exact specification.
