Our policies.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. We do not have a physical store or walk-in counter — all orders are dispatched by courier only.

Because every item is made to order in your chosen size, there is a short production window before dispatch. Most orders are crafted and dispatched within 5–8 working days; larger or more complex pieces may take a little longer, and the timeline shown at checkout applies.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email; typical transit time is 3–7 working days depending on your location. Please enter your delivery pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability — if your area can’t be covered, our team will arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Every product on this site is custom-made to your specification, so we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns, size exchanges, or cancellations once an item has been made. Please double-check your size, colour and design before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a free replacement. Email order@artzfolio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the outer packaging if it was damaged in transit). Once verified, we produce and ship a replacement at no cost; where a replacement isn’t possible, we arrange a refund to your original payment method.

Since production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are only possible before production starts.

To cancel or change an order — size, colour, design or delivery address — email order@artzfolio.com as soon as possible with your order number. If production hasn’t started we’ll update or cancel it and refund any amount due. Once an item is in production it can no longer be changed, as it is being made uniquely for you.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order. At checkout this includes your name, delivery address, phone number, email and pincode. We may also collect basic device/browsing information (such as IP address and cookies) to keep the site secure and working well.

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Your card and banking details are processed securely by Razorpay — we never see or store your full payment information.

We use your information only to process and deliver your order, issue invoices and order updates, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share details strictly as needed — your name and address with the courier to deliver, and order details with Razorpay to process payment — or where required by law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing order@artzfolio.com. This site is intended for users aged 18 and above. Operated by Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. By placing an order on custom.artzfolio.com you agree that:

• Made to order. Products are manufactured uniquely to the size and specification you select; they are non-returnable except for damage or defect (see Returns).
• Pricing by area. For size-customisable products the price is calculated from the dimensions you choose plus any options. The price shown at checkout is final for that configuration.
• Colour & screen variance. Slight variation between the on-screen preview and the finished product is normal and is not a defect.
• Your own artwork. If you upload a photo or design, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may decline unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
• Errors. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors and cancel/refund an affected order.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi.
